Hello, users, Engraving is an optional service from Ouros Jewels, if you want to engrave your lovely words on your jewelry, don't hesitate to contact us for engraving. However, the nature of some jewelry engraving is not possible, unique engraving and font might apply additional cost.  Contact Us 

 ☛ What jewelry size chart do we follow 

You are ordering life’s most valuable things from us. So it’s necessary to order an exact size. And especially for rings, sometimes we find issues in ring size because it’s a minor difference country-wise. So please check the once inner diameter of your ring as per the following chart because we follow this international ring size chart.

Still, if you do not get your exact size jewelry please contact us once if we can do something for you.

 ☛ Shipping options 

We offer standard free shipping options that take 20 to 25 Business days for delivery. If you can’t wait to see your jewelry in your hands, don’t worry. Please go with the express shipping option. That takes only 7 to 9 business days. The express shipping cost would be 30 USD.   

Insured shipping is not included in standard or express shipping. So kindly request you please get in touch with us for insured shipping before shipping your jewelry.

Ouros Jewels also offers layaway payments for international customers. After an initial deposit, our layaway plan allows you to make monthly or weekly payments on any purchase. Sales tax on orders will be calculated based on the tax rate in effect the date your order ships. Please contact us for details. To reserve a diamond or piece of fine jewelry, a 30% transferable deposit is required to enter our bespoke design phase. This deposit is considered non-refundable and designed to show seriousness toward moving forward with Ouros Jewels. Deposits may be (if reason will be suitable) transferred to another diamond or piece of fine jewelry should you change your mind. And Also 50% transferable deposit is required to start the production of your jewelry. And you must have to complete your payment before shipment.

☛  Returns/Exchange Policies

 ☛ To Order Cancellations 

  1. To cancel an order, we must be contacted once, within 24 hours of the order being placed.
  2. Custom or personalized order is not eligible for cancelation.
  3. If further work has already begun on your order, the applicable restocking/processing fee will be charged.
  4. Once you place the loose diamond order from Ouros Jewels (Whether it's listed or custom cut Order, certified or non-certified) does not eligible for return or cancellation in any condition, As I've already mentioned all the details including photos or videos of the finished item will be shared with the customers before shipment.

 

 ☛ To Returns 

  1. To return your product you have to contact us once.
  2. Once the Return Order request has been received and reviewed, the return instructions will be emailed to you. Please ship the package back within 7 days after Ouros approval according to the instructions provided.
  3. You must have to follow our process, without that if any issues occur with your order we will not responsible for that.
  4. While you will return your jewelry we are not responsible if your parcel is lost or on hold by the customs department.

 ☛ Reserve Your Custom Work 

It will be a fee-based service. If you want to reserve your design, please see the terms and charges below.

Bangle, Bracelet:- $170
Necklace & Pendant:- $250
Other Jewelry:- $350

Note:- Please keep in mind that the price listed above is per design.

☛ You must have to confirm your reservation within 48 hours of order placing.
☛ We will be unable to reserve your ordered item once the manufacturing process begins.
☛ And if there's is any case, If you do not want us to publish your design, even it's under production process or maybe in the post-production process, then we can do so for a fee that is twice what is listed above.
☛ We will not be able to reserve your item under any circumstances once it has been shipped to you.
☛ We have the authority to change this policy at any time without notifying my community.

 ☛ Repair & Refund Service 

To ensure you are confident about your purchase, we have a Repair Service, which gives you enough time to be in no doubt that you have made the right decision of buying jewelry from Ouros Jewels Should you have any problem with the jewelry piece, you can choose to repair or exchange within the policy time frame.

  • Our repair service can be done anytime with a Paid repair service.
  • We will offer you a full warranty for the entire 60 days after purchasing the jewelry from my store.
  • If your jewelry is outside the 60 days timeframe, we can still service your jewelry with our Limited Lifetime Service Policy.
  • Ouros Jewels does not reimburse for work performed by 3rd party jewelers. Having work performed by 3rd party jewelers nullifies the jewelry warranty (Without notifying us).
  • All the semi-mount settings or mount settings are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • If your purchased item(s) shows any signs of defect or concerns that you want to resolve, then please contact us immediately via Chat Box, WhatsApp, Email or Call.
  • After reviewing your refund request the refund will be issued within 2 business weeks after receiving your return jewelry.

 ☛ Limited Lifetime Warranty 

 ☛ Paid Centre or Side Stone Tightening Service 

Sometimes, the prongs holding your diamond can become loose due to the wear and tear of everyday activities. This is not a reflection of poor craftsmanship - a ring that is worn regularly is more likely to become damaged. It’s important to keep your center and/or side stones tight so that they don’t fall out. 

 ☛ Complimentary Ring Cleaning 

 ☛ Precious Metal Preservation 

Precious metals require some maintenance over time to preserve their quality. Rhodium plating is a useful way to keep your precious metals protected. We recommend rhodium plating your jewelry every 3-5 years to keep it from becoming scratched or tarnished. Ouros Jewels offer complimentary rhodium plating once a year - all you have to do is pay for shipping + Rhodium plating. Contact an Ouros Jewels Customer Service Representative to arrange for your ring to be plated.

 ☛ Please Note: (Repairs) 

If there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you need other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified before any work is done to service your jewelry

 ☛ Your warranty is void if 

  1. Ouros Jewels determine that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Ouros Jewels, or if the product forwarded to Ouros Jewels is not manufactured by Ouros Jewels
  2. You are missing proof and date of purchase
  3. You are missing a valid limited lifetime warranty return timeframe

 ☛ Package or item lost 

We daily track your parcel so if we find through tracking that you received your parcel successfully then after whole responsibility will be yours. Before that, we take responsibility for your shipment that successfully reaches your home. 

 

 ☛ International Shipping Service

  1. International recipients are responsible for paying all customs duties and import fees. Ouros Jewels are not able to provide estimates or quotations of international import fees.
  2. All Shipments will be shipped through USPS/UPS/EMS. The Tracking comes after 48-72 hours of Parcel ship. You will get delivery in 07-09 business working days if you go with the express shipping while placing the order and while giving the final confirmation before the shipment.

 ☛ Additional Terms and Conditions 

  1. If the buyer holds shipment from their side due to some reasons and after that, the shipping courier does not resume dispatch the parcel timely or may lose or damaged we're not responsible for that because we've already gone through the process and share tracking number so that buyer can track easily on daily basis. In this case, the receiver has to resolve this by contacting the shipping courier, whichever we use.

  2. We prefer to confirm the shipping address before shipping, and after shipment, if the buyer wants to change the address we cannot guarantee to do that. In some cases, we can do that as well for more contact us.

  3. If we track your jewelry is marked as the ship as per tracking number info. We will consider it has been successfully delivered to your address, still, you will claim you not got your order you have to contact your local shipping company for clarification in that case we are not responsible for parcel lost or damage.

 ☛ Diamond Upgrade Policy 

  1. Upgrades are for only IGI/GIA Certified Lab-Grown (HPHT/CVD) diamond.
  2. We can able to upgrade the diamond which will be above 1.50-carat size in any shape.
  3. upgrades are not available for non-certified Lab-diamond.
  4. You will receive a credit equal to 100% of the original price of the diamond toward the purchase of a new diamond.
  5. You have to inform 1st before inquiry about upgradation about your last purchase and we will share stone accordingly that
  6. The price of your new diamond must be at least twice the price of your original diamond.
  7. Your diamond must be in its original condition with the original certificate report.
  8. The original certificate must be returned in reusable condition.
  9. Any damage to the original diamond and Certificate may prohibit it from disqualifying in our upgrading program. And that case we will return your diamond.
  10. Upgrades are not available for gemstones, settings, and jewelry
  11. Upgrade orders are not eligible for discounts, coupons, or price match requests.
  12. Your original diamond must be returned to us and accepted by our quality assurance department before shipping your new selection.
  13. If our assurance department rejects the diamond, based on the quality, we will reship your diamond to you, and shipping cost and other duties must have to pay by the customer.
  14. Also, we are not responsible for any loss or damage caused to the parcel by the shipping company after shipping from here.
  15. Upgrade credit does not include duty or tax paid on the original purchase. All applicable duties and taxes will be charged on the full retail price of the new diamond before any credit is applied.
  16. The Diamond Upgrade Policy is only applicable for two years from the date of purchase. 
  17. By placing your order, you are agreeing to comply with all of my terms and policies listed. If you do not agree with my terms and policy, please contact me to discuss more on your point of view. I'm available 24x7 to discuss this with you.
