I ordered a made-to-order ring from Golden Bird Jewelry and was very happy with the experience. They shared progress videos throughout the build, which was genuinely helpful and reassuring—you could really see the craftsmanship step by step. The ring arrived exactly as ordered, with no surprises, and matched the description and expectations perfectly.
I would absolutely order from them again. My only limitation is that their size range is somewhat restricted, which may not work for everyone. Otherwise, the quality and communication were excellent.

Beautiful stone. Band is not as wide at the shank as it appears in the sales pics but it is still very pretty and I am happy with it.

My jeweler almost cried cried I showed him my pieces that I ordered from them. To top it off they say customer satisfaction guaranteed and they don’t want to refund me so I have to start a claim with my credit card company. You have been warned
