We hope you love your jewelry! If any issue finds due to a manufacturing defect, we’re happy to repair the item and ship it to you. This applies to issues reported within 30 days of delivery. After that you will need to have it repaired at your local jewelry store. For more information please refer our return policy.

Each Golden Bird piece is individually handcrafted in India after you place your order. Every piece is made with skilled hands and careful attention; not through mass production but through true craftsmanship.
● Made-to-order jewelry: Please allow 8–14 days for crafting and an additional 5–7 business days for delivery.
