- However, we do offer a resize service at a free.
- We offer free ring sizing for every order but shipment charges will be on customer side.
- Ring size can be changed with maximum two size difference (ex. 5US to 5.5US or 6US). If you want to change more than that contact us.
- Please Contact us if you want to change a ring size full eternity band or 3/4 eternity band as there is a possibility of change in diamond pieces.
- Mount jewelry warranty against all defects in material or workmanship.
- If another jeweler performs any repair work on an item purchased from Gold Bird Jewels will not be held responsible for any loss or defect and the warranty becomes null and void.
- We give warranty our diamond and gemstone jewelry for a limited lifetime warranty and that comes at with extra charge to you.
- All our products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturer's defect. We strive on perfection to create beautiful works of art and therefore warranty their workmanship. As with any delicate artistic creations, care must be taken to ensure years of enjoyment. During the 30 days inspection period, when you first receive your item, you should have your item checked to make sure everything is in order.
- We will offer you a Full Warranty for the entire 60 days after purchasing the jewelry from my store.
- If your jewelry is outside the 60 days time frame don't worry, we can still service(Repair) your jewelry with our Limited Lifetime Service Policy.

- We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. We understand that it is difficult to buy jewelry without seeing & feeling it, hence in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction, we provide convenient return policy.
- Contact us within: 7 days of delivery Date.
- Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery Date
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
- Please send me images of an item, pack the items in the original box and please confirm with us before shipping the parcel. All the return items should be covered by the return policy conditions which we have sent you in the chat box.
- If you return a package without informing us, in that case, the buyer will totally be responsible for it.
- Buyer is only responsible for return shipping cost. But In some cases, we provide you return charge, for further please contact us before ship item back.
- If you found any issue after 30 days from the delivery date are only eligible for the repair. Return is not accepted after policy time-frame. Please contact us for more. In some cases, we offer you exchange service as well.
- If we agreed to a refund, we will refund the amount up to 72 hours as per confirmation after getting the return parcel. If we found any damage or issue in the returned product, the buyer is only responsible for the loss of any value.
- We want each and every customer to wear their Golden Bird Jewels proudly. That’s why We offer a 90-day exchange policy. After receiving your original order, you can exchange it for another product within 90 days. Please contact us to reevaluate your old order jewelry.

- The product should be in new condition and damaged/ worn-out products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.
- If you're making a purchase during any offer (Discount/Coupon), Will not be counted in the under the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.
✧ Condition for Custom Order
- Items that have been customized designs or pieces with personalized engraving cannot be returned or exchanged, but if you really need to upgrade or repaired then it would be possible here, please contact us immediately via ChatBox, WhatsApp, Email or Call.
- If you’re purchasing a listed item from our store and even customize minor change (Ex. Ring size, Engraving), that order is also included in the custom order.
